At ElectroOnline, we aim to deliver quality laptops and electronics to your doorstep with full transparency and care. However, if something doesn’t meet your expectations, our return and replacement policy is here to help.

1. When Can You Request a Return?

You may request a return or replacement under the following conditions:

  • Received a defective or damaged product
  • Wrong item delivered
  • Product is not as described on the website

To be eligible for a return:

  • You must raise the request within 48 hours of delivery.
  • The product must be unused and in the same condition as received.
  • It should be returned with all original packaging, accessories, invoice, and tags.

2. Items That Are Not Returnable

  • Products that are physically damaged after delivery
  • Items that show signs of usage
  • Products returned beyond the allowed time window
  • Minor cosmetic issues on refurbished laptops (scratches that do not affect usage)

3. How to Request a Return or Replacement

  • Contact our customer support via WhatsApp or email
  • Provide your Order ID, issue details, and product photos
  • Once our team verifies the issue, we will arrange a pickup of the item
  • A replacement or refund will be processed based on the product availability

4. Refund Process

Refunds are only initiated in the following cases:

  • If a replacement is not available
  • If the product is canceled before shipping
  • If the returned product passes inspection

Refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days to your original payment method.

5. Order Cancellations

You may cancel your order before it is shipped. Once dispatched, the cancellation is not possible, and you must follow the return policy after delivery.
